Our finale weekend is now upon us, and the Fun Fair and Continental Market have opened to the public. We are so excited to see everyone enjoy the live bands on the bandstand, family-friendly picnic in the park, street theatre and children in fancy dress. For the full programme for this weekend click here.
After last year’s break, we have returned in a reduced way from previous years, this includes less food traders in the park, no traders selling alcohol and no stage. Another key change from previous years is that all the traders in Roberts Park are located on the main concourse as opposed to the lower park by the river.
Our stewards and volunteers will be closely monitoring capacity to ensure everyone has enough space to safely enjoy themselves.
We have put together the below advice to help plan your weekend:
We have made travel and road closure advice available online this week however it has also come to attention that some roadworks have commenced on Bingley Rd in Nab Wood. If at all possible, please leave your car at home but if it is essential you travel by car please allow extra traveling time and park in the off-street parking provided for this weekend.
Although we will miss the stage in 2021 we have a brilliant line-up of bands on the bandstand (seen below) and live music is happening throughout the weekend at Caroline Street Social Club.
Including the Joshua Burnell Band on Saturday at 7pm at The Live Room, tickets available here.
