We want all of our visitors to enjoy the Festival and its many events, and throughout the Festival we will have ‘official photographers’ in attendance to take photos and videos which may be used across all media to further market and publicise the Festival and its activities.
We want everyone to have a safe, fun, and enjoyable Festival and we respect all visitors’ privacy. Should you wish not to be photographed by the official team, please approach any of our official photographers and let this be known.
Should only one or two people be featured in a photo, our official photographers will usually ask for permission for that photo to be used. Should this not be granted the photo will be deleted then and there. Names will not be used alongside photographs used.
When groups or crowds are being photographed it is impossible to ask everybody for permission. Should you wish not to be photographed by the official team, please approach any of our official photographers and let this be known.
Official photographers will be identifiable by a blue press pass.
Saltaire Festival welcomes media interest in our amazing event and we try to accommodate coverage wherever possible.
If you wish to take photographs at inside our venues for anything other than private personal use, you will need to have permission.
All enquiries about photographic or film coverage of the Festival for any purposes should be made to the Communications Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
